Based on ballet, our Barre program fuses cardio, dance and athleticism to ensure you lengthen and tone your body, yielding maximal results. Barre classes are multi level, and use bands, balls, gliders and light weights through isometric and repetitive movements . However, unlike traditional Barre studios, we up the cardio and creativity. This will challenge you to get the results you desire as you use muscles you never knew you had.
