Dr. Aliza Sharaby, founder of Body By Aliza, has been in the fitness industry for decades. With a passion for Spin and empowering women through fitness, Aliza brings her NY intensity to Baltimore. Whether it’s weight training, spinning or Barre, each class challenges you to best yourself and exceed your goals. cycling

Building on the beat and rhythm of a variety of music, be prepared to have the ride of your life, as our classes are a club on a bike! Our top-rated Stages SC3 bikes are designed to personalize your performance. Classes incorporate endurance, rolling hills, and climbs to boost your metabolism and burn calories. Our cycling studio features separate women-only classes and co-ed classes at separate times to respect our modestly-minded environment.

Barre

Based on ballet, our Barre program fuses cardio, dance and athleticism to ensure you lengthen and tone your body, yielding maximal results. Barre classes are multi level, and use bands, balls, gliders and light weights through isometric and repetitive movements . However, unlike traditional Barre studios, we up the cardio and creativity. This will challenge you to get the results you desire as you use muscles you never knew you had. ​

HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training workouts include bodyweight and core drills, strength training, and cardio. Weights are used to build lean muscle mass and trigger fat burning.​

Dance

Our dance instructors have backgrounds and training through multiple genres of dance. Their dynamic cardio-based dance classes are bound to shake you and make you sweat as you enjoy the ultimate dance party!

Yoga & Pilates

Our advanced team of yoga and Pilates instructors specialize in a variety of yoga practices and meditation. They will help you restore , rebuild, refocus , and grow as you strengthen the body and quiet the mind.
